Dr. Chris sees clients by appointment only in Torrance and Hermosa beach, or arrangements can be made for a home visit at additional cost. Please note that Dr. Chris is currently seeing follow up clients and new patients by referrals from clients, and otherwise has a waitlist for new clients.

Your Session

An initial session is typically about an hour and 15 minutes with a review of your medical history, followed by an evaluation and treatment of your specific medical issue. A follow-up session is typically forty five minutes and involves a review of any changes since the last session along with an evaluation and treatment.

Please bring or wear loose fitting clothing such as a t-shirt or yoga pants and sock as you will be asked to remove your shoes; this will facilitate treatment.  Also, please review What to expect before your first session.

Payment

Dr. Chris does NOT accept any insurance plans, including PPOs, Medicare or Medicaid. Payment is expected at your session and a superbill can be provided for you to submit to your insurance company for an “out-of-network provider” as well as HSA or FSA for reimbursement as your plan permits. You may wish to contact your insurance company before making an appointment to discuss your deductible and the reimbursement for out-of-network office visits. Please note that Osteopathy is NOT the same as acupuncture, chiropractic or physical therapy and would not be reimbursed as such.
